"Kylie Harstine is the best! I used to work for Liberty Mutual as a recruiter. I hired all positions. Service reps were kind of difficult to find a good one. I’d hire her in a second! She had excellent customer service skills! Gets right back in touch with me shortly after Zi send a message. She reviewed my policies with me, etc. I like dealing with her. "I highly encourage everyone to stay away from this office. I’ve been with them for 10+ years…but now I’m dealing with a hail claim and they are refusing to pay for all damages. Complete bullshit. I’m looking for a new insurance policy as I’m typing this."
