"Kylie Harstine is the best! I used to work for Liberty Mutual as a recruiter. I hired all positions. Service reps were kind of difficult to find a good one. I’d hire her in a second! She had excellent customer service skills! Gets right back in touch with me shortly after Zi send a message. She reviewed my policies with me, etc. I like dealing with her. The previous rep never returned my calls..or really helped me."

"I highly encourage everyone to stay away from this office. I’ve been with them for 10+ years…but now I’m dealing with a hail claim and they are refusing to pay for all damages. Complete bullshit. I’m looking for a new insurance policy as I’m typing this."

"I have been with state farm for several years with multiple policies. I was recently in a collision and needed some help getting my claim settled. I called into the office and left a voicemail stating that I had issues with how the claim was being handled. Hours later, I received a phone call from the assistant who gave abesolutely no help in regards to the claim. It's pretty sad that Cindy was readily available to take my money when I signed up for a policy but wasn't there to have my back "like a good neighbor" when I needed help. Immediately after I started the claim, I was notified that I could choose my own repair facility. After choosing an out of network shop ,which is a shop that they have contracts with to haggle prices and dictate how your vehicle is repaired, their defense wall went up and immediately tried to steer me away from the body shop of my choosing. My vehicle is now completed with a $4500 short pay with no response from my agent or attempt to help throughout this entire process. At the end of the day, I hired state farm to protect my financial well-being and cover the cost of repairs outside of my deductible in the event of a collision and here we are with a $4500 out of pocket expense for my vehicle to repaired correctly. This process has been extremely frustrating, and I feel the way this claim was handled was deceptive and unfair."
